Terry Sobolewski
Chief Commercial Officer
With over 20 years of experience in energy and finance, Terry Sobolewski brings a breadth of knowledge to our organization having held leadership roles in operations, customer delivery, sales, business planning, and enterprise-wide process and performance improvement. Terry holds both a BSE in mechanical engineering as well as an MBA in marketing and leadership from Duke University. In his spare time, he volunteers as a director of United Way for Rhode Island and an advisory board member for Duke’s Center for Energy, Development and the Global Environment (EDGE).

John Bailes
President
As the President of AM Conservation, John is responsible for overall strategy and execution of company goals and priorities. He’s been with the company for over 13 years. Throughout that time, John continues to say that the recipe for success is developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients and employees. Prior to joining AM Conservation Group, John worked for a Fortune 500 company in financial services and he also owned and sold a successful advertising business. John graduated from the Moore School of Business at The University of South Carolina. When John’s not working, he loves snow skiing, doing anything on the water and spending time with his wife and 3 boys.

Jim Koches
Senior VP of Operations
Colin leads corporate strategy for Franklin Energy and AM Conservation Group, while overseeing the companies' internal and external legal teams. With more than 16 years in the utility industry and over 25 years practicing law in both the public and private sectors, he brings an extensive background and strategic perspective in state and federal energy regulatory matters, ethics and compliance, corporate governance, commercial transactions and litigation. Colin is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, Yale University and Yale College, and holds an executive leadership certificate from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Champlain College where he is Chair of the Finance Committee, Vice Chair of the Committee on Trusteeship and a member of the Executive Committee.

Mark Stroub
VP of Strategic Markets
In his role as Vice President of Strategic Markets, Mark Stroub is responsible for the strategy and execution of retail/wholesale sales, product development, and strategic partnerships. Mark manages a cross-functional team that is focused directly on channel and initiative growth. Over the 14 years he has been with the company, Mark has built a long track record of success between both the service and product organizations and managed teams across operations, IT, and sales. Leveraging a diverse background, he excels in leading teams, relationships with partners, developing growth strategies across sectors, and growing product development solutions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of St. Thomas and is certified as a Product Management Professional (PMP).

Gena Rodriguez-West
Senior Director of Sales
Gena leverages her 16+ years of sales management experience to oversee the training, development, and process management of AM Conservation's sales team. She works with the team to identify new opportunities in target accounts, while securing the training and resources required for implementing programs that deliver on customer goals.

Brian McKee
Director of Online Sales
Brian serves as the product manager of AM Conservation's online store solution, ensuring his team provides exceptional customer service and delivers on client goals. In this role, he identifies opportunities and manages online store programs with utility and implementation contractor clients throughout North America. Throughout his years of experience at the company, Brian has served in sales and program management roles for online store, bulk product, and kit fulfillment programs. He holds a bachelor's degree in international studies, national security policy, from The Ohio State University.

Jim Gordon
VP of Operations
Jim Gordon is responsible for overseeing program management and program services as well as all operating departments. He leads planning and goal-setting to support strategic objectives, and he works to communicate and implement the organization’s direction, vision and mission. Prior to joining AM Conservation Group, Jim worked in various roles at an independent retail grocery chain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management and a minor in computer information systems. When he’s not at work, Jim loves sports, especially coaching his kids in baseball, tee ball, basketball and soccer
